The Resonance Realignment Method is a healing technique used to clear deep belief systems from our unconscious by using negative and positive statements plus a Modality that rewires our neuro-emotional pathways.

A modality is a high vibrational frequency that is introduced to the body/mind system during the session. I typically work with sound through music as a modality but other modalities include color, light, and essential oils. Once the modality is introduced, our body-mind system will match that frequency because naturally we are drawn to what feels better, emotionally and mentally. 

Issues and negative beliefs are at a lower vibration and therefore when we are operating at a higher frequency we basically have put distance between us and the issue we were resonating with.

Lesson Activity

Resonance is about what's true to you - your own perspective - and not necessarily what's reality. 

We can’t change other people or situations (reality), but we can identify a belief or pattern that you resonate with that is limiting you or making you suffer.

Then we activate a new resonance with something more positive like self-worth, self-love, and empowerment so you adopt new beliefs and experience what you want in life.
