Happy Momentum Monday!

Here is a modality video demo that is used in the Resonance Realignment Method for many different things. This is one of my go-to's when I need to: 

  • Release stress
  • Tap into my higher self
  • Activate my state of calm
  • Feel a sense of completeness
  • Get present in my body

How to:

  • Cross one ankle over the other.
  • Place your hands back-to-back in front of you.
  • Next, place one wrist on top of the other, so the back of your hands are facing each other. Now flip your hands so your palms meet each other and interlock your fingers. Bring the two clasped hands down and around so your crossed hands rest on your chest, and your elbows are relaxed against your chest.
  • Close your eyes and breathe deeply. You can even place your tongue on the rough of your mouth. Relax deeply and feel the layers of tension let go. Often within fifteen seconds, you will feel a sense of release.
  • The final part is to uncross both ankles and wrist, keeping your eyes closed until you feel ready to open them. Feel that sense of presence, peace, and calm.
