Once a month we do a group Resonance Realignment Method™ session. RRM is a healing technique used to clear deep belief systems from our unconscious by using negative and positive statements that rewire our neuro-emotional pathways.

In this realignment, we worked with the Liver Meridian to process and move through any pessimism, depression, and frustration, feeling deprived and/or repressed.

Then we activated and elevated our Abundance vibe and turned up the volume of confidence, making ourselves a priority, making the best in every opportunity, and much, much more!

Tips on how to receive the session:

• Be in a comfortable place lying down or in a comfy reclining chair.
• Make sure you have some water on-hand during the session.
• Using headphones is not necessary but it really enhances the sound modality. You may need to adjust the volume for the sound modality.

Lesson Activity

Once you've experienced the realignment, make sure you follow these self-care tips to nurture the results you've gotten from the process.

• Drink a lot of water for the next few days
• Try to avoid exposure to negative news or violent shows or movies for 12-24 hours
• Listen to the realignment as much as you want to help you maintain what we did in the session.
• Read or listen to positive things! I love to go to bed listening to one of Abraham Hicks' YouTube nighttime meditation and/or wake up and listen to their morning meditation.
